First Worn: Gallifrey 2011
I was browsing Target’s clearance rack one day and came across this top for $3 that made me think of this outfit, so I bought it ’cause, $3! Much later I remembered it and looked it up, it’s not quite right, but… $3! So I decided to go for it anyway. Pinned some trousers up for her high waters (highwaters, pretty much the reason I’m not doing this again), found a similar looking key, and good enough for me (for $3!). At con I’d accidentally packed “texturing” spray instead of actual hair spray, so my awesome ’60s fluffiness only lasted for about 30 min, sad. But. $3. I can live with it.
